A roof is a roof is a roof, right? While many people believe that all roofs are similar, there are some very significant differences in commercial roofing, compared to the normal residential roof. Of course, the obvious differences are, they are most often flat (or less of a slop than residential), they are bigger with more square footage, and that they may use different materials.

CJS Roofing did an excellent job installing my new roof shingles. They were prompt, professional, and did a great job. The owner, Chris, was very responsive to our needs and made sure the job was done right. His brother, Steve, was on site for the initial inspection and on installation day. The entire roof was stripped and installed in a day. They cleaned up everything and left my house looking great. I would highly recommend using this company for installing your new roof.
