Cook cleaning services did an amazing job in our rental house when moving out. He was so good I immediately booked him for our new house also. It's refreshing to work with somebody who takes time to deliver a perfect service!

I know it's hard to imagine how a carpet cleaning could be "great," but this one really was. Kelly was on-time, friendly, helpful, and proactive about giving advice. He also offered to come back if the stain reappeared.

For the same (wool) rug, I was quoted 3x Kelly's price from a local rug cleaner, and I would have had to transport it to them myself. I'm really happy I found Kelly before I did that.

Kelly is very prideful with his work and it shows. He is very thorough, and persistent with his process to make sure that you are happy with the result. His pricing is very reasonable. I am a realtor and I will be recommending Kelly to all of my clients for their carpet/upholstery needs. We need more businesses like Cooks Cleaning Company.

We had Cook Cleaning Company come out and clean our carpets. Kelly did a great job of getting out the stains and refreshing our carpets. He cleaned our basement stairs that had seen a lot of traffic and stains over the years and made them look like new! Kelly has a lot of experience and knows what to use to get out different types of stains. He took care not to leave the door wide open and to make sure the walls were protected from his equipment. He’s easy to work with and wants to make sure your happy with his results. We will definitely use him again!

Kelly did a great job cleaning our area rugs! One was quite dirty from years of use, but now it looks like new. He also offered to do a quick clean of our living room carpet while he was here. I will definitely be using him next time our carpets need to be cleaned!

Wow, Cook's Cleaning Company was fabulous!. They responded in a timely manner and their prices are extremely competitive. Kelly is extremely couteous. He did a great job. We had one problem area, with pet stains on a light carpet. Often times these stains resurface a cpl weeks after cleaning. When i contacted him to let him know that had happened, he came back up and treated a second time, no charge. He then folliwed up a couple weeks later to check! What fabulous customer service! Fortunately, the stains are not a problem now. Not only will I use Cook's Cleaning Services again, I strongly reccomend

Kelly did an amazing job on our carpet and upholstery. We have a 2 year old Aussiedoodle that used our downstairs as an interval potty break so there were many stains and it had begun to wreak of urine. The carpet looks as good as new and it smells so fresh. The couches look and smell great as well. I will definitely use Cook Cleaning again!
