My roof needed to be replaced after the April 2021 hailstorm. Jose gave me a comprehensive estimate and after my insurance company okayed the replacement Jose and his team did a beautiful job! The project was quick (finished in one day) and my roof look great. There have been some heavy rains since the replacement and everything is great. I can't recommend Aurum Roofing enough!

Our roof were damaged pretty bad beyond repair. We needed a new roof and gutter replacement. That is all, the other roofing guys will tell me. Due to wind storms, shingles flew off my roof. I contacted a few companies via website request and Jose was the first to arrive on the scene. His work was very reasonably priced and he came the day he said he would which was the next day we initially spoke. Not only did he replace the shingles but also sealed exposed roofing nails with roof sealant, this was something extra that I hadn't thought about until I saw him doing it. Jose is very personable and explained what he was doing and why. He'll be the first person I call for any future roofing needs.

Professional prompt and honest. Talked thru the plan we proposed and this contractor steered us away from poor decision. Installed cover to what had been an open slat pergola. No more rain on patio. We had a deteriorating fence and old wood siding that had seen better days, so we decided to get everything replaced/repaired at once. Aurum Roofing was recommended by a friend. Jose was easy to work with, very patient with our questions, and made suggestions for ways we could save some money. His quote was very fair considering he was offering quite a few extra touches that definitely could have added up, so we went with Aurum. Update: Second time using Aurum and still highly recommend! They repaired my leaking front porch and caulked, sealed, and painted my entire exterior making a +10 year old home look brand new! They do quality work and can be trusted. Jose also shares a cloud drive of live pictures to keep you up to date every step of the project. They do a great job, use Aurum!

Our roof was damaged in a wind storm, we had multiple shingles missing and were so afraid of more damage. My husband called Jose and he came out right away and gave us an estimate for a roof replacement. While he was there, before we even signed a contract with him, he patched the roof to prevent further damage. After dealing with our insurance and finance company, we called Jose to sign a contract with him. As soon as we had our check from the insurance, he came out and replaced our roof in one day! Jose and his team did excellent work. Clear communication and periodic photos as the work was being done so I was aware how everything was progressing. Jose was very mindful of my needs as a homeowner and having small children. Took special care to make sure all nails and material were removed after the job was done. The week of December 16 2018 there was a big storm in manor that cause a roof leak at my home in a couple areas of my house as a first time home owner I was freaking out and worried that this was going to cost me a fortune luckily I did some research and found aurum roofing.
Jose from aurum roofing made replacing my roof as "stress free" as I could have asked for, he made sure I understood the whole process.

Mr. Valdez came on time, gave me a fair quote with a reasonable time frame for repair. He did the removal of shingles, paper and rotted fiberboard then efficiently replaced the wood sheating, paper and shingles. A bonus for me was that he matched the color of the old shingles very well, cleaned up the area and gave me a guarantee. The subsequent downpours have proven the quality

Aurum roofing fixed a couple of inspection findings for my new home last year just before I moved in. The work was so good I had to call Jose back. This time an animal had damaged a portion of my chimney siding where it meets the roof. Just like a year before, Jose showed up on time for the estimate, showed me the damage with pictures, and explained what he was seeing and what he recommended. The price he gave me was great and did not change. He showed up himself for the repair (unlike other companies that send subcontractors) and finished it in the time he promised.
