After the recent hailstorm we experienced, we needed to have our roof replaced. A friend had used JNC Roofing and recommended we have them come out and do an inspection. Chris came out and did the inspection, took pictures, and showed us the damage. He spent time explaining our options for replacement shingles and gutters, and had someone present when our insurance adjuster came out to the house. We had to deal with weeks of bad weather, but Chris and his team managed to squeeze us in on short notice when there was a break in the rain. We just had a roof and gutters installed after storm damage that occurred from a few months ago JNC did a tremendous job handling all aspects of it including explaining insurance processes to us. Their office staff and project manager or tremendously helpful. They walked us through each phase of the project and wonders of what you expect along the way. It was a great experience working with Chris and Benny at JNC. We had hail damage and he helped us identify all the damage (some of which we would have missed), navigate the insurance claim process, select shingles that are much better than the original as well as get us an insurance discount. Josh continually kept us in the loop with inspections, schedule, interaction with our insurance company and progress through completion of the project. Great service. Fast response time and reasonable pricing. I had a leaky roof and more rain was expected. I received a quote on the same day requested and the roof repair was finished the following day and ahead of schedule. It started raining as soon as the roof repair was finished. JNC also pointed out an issue the previous roofing company missed. I'm glad I got another quote from JNC and had them repair my roof. Although I hope to not have more issues with my roof in the future, I will definitely use them again if I do.
