Johnny did a tremendous job - fixing our decades old heater unit. He is knowledgeable, responsive and punctual. He himself helped us doing our homework - by providing all the necessary information so that we can also search for a fair price on quality OEM parts that are recommended to be replaced. Apex provided best price and labor warranty along with great customer experience. If need be, we will hire them again in a heart beat.

Johnny is the real deal. His response time was outstanding considering how hot it’s been, he climbed up in my attic, blew out our plugged drain, lent his advisement and didn’t even charge me for the service. In his words, “it’s just the right thing to do. Didn’t want you to have water leaking in your ceiling.” Like, who does that nowadays?? HVAC companies are super busy in the middle of summer and this tells you what type of business they run: honest. Transparent. Helpful. Willing to assist. Thank you!!

John knocked it out of the park. Within 5 minutes he determined what the issue was by testing various electronics with a meter. He determined my blower motor was the issue. He quickly gave me options for the replacement part and installed it promptly thus restoring my air/heating.

I contacted this company to fix my air conditioning at my house . Scheduling was very easy, as John made it out very quickly. Within minutes John found that my system was low on refrigerant, he had our house up and running within minutes. Also suggested we replace our system as the same problem may occur down the road again. And when that does happen I’ll be sure to contact John at Apex heating and air for this replacement. John is very easy to work with, honest and is not looking to take every penny out of your wallet. Highly recommend. Thank you!

John was clear and concise about our options. Very good with communication and pricing. Prompt service. The install was super clean and efficient. Both John and Lauren were very nice and weren’t bothered by a 16 month old who was particularly curious about HVAC. AC was up and running in a matter of hours and we couldn’t be happier. Would highly recommend.

Fast easy service! The technician they sent us was very impressive, very approachable and believe me he is an expert at his job. Our two story house was cold downstairs and hot upstairs, and the unit we had was very inefficient - our electric bill was always high and even higher in the summer. We had a new unit installed and the house is now the same temperature throughout. Apex also installed a nest thermostat which is a treat to use. And the best part -- our bill is less than half what it used to be - thanks to Apex!

Apex heating and cooling was amazing. I came home late Saturday night to a heater that was making an awful whining sound. The thermostat was on the fritz and no heat was being produced. Over the next couple hours, I called 5 24 hour heating and cooling services but only Johnny from Apex heating and cooling responded. I contacted him at 3:45 AM on Sunday morning and I was able to reach him. He put my fears to rest and came over hours later and identified three separate minor issues that had caused the problem. After replacing a thermostat and cleaning a couple sensors and replacing a capacitor,
