I don't mind paying for a service call but my expectation would be more concrete such as using tools to determine if there is a bad parts or options to replace them if any. I don't want to pay $90 for someone to tell me I need to replace my heater with a new one because it is old. Heater is still working.

During late summer we experienced an issue with our HVAC system and so used Yelp to shop around for local businesses that could assist. After 4 companies came to visit, MVH&A were the only ones that actually immediately found the issue - a loose wire internally to the system. No charge, took about 30mins to find.

We had a new air-conditioning unit as well as a new furnace installed by this company back in October. Since this is a large purchase, we were very careful in considering what brand to buy, what company to use, etc. After talking to six different companies, we wholeheartedly went with Mission Viejo Heating & Air. They responded right away and were able to come within a couple days to just do a check on the furnace. The inspection was thorough and even included the AC even though I didn't book that. They gave me good recommendations, and mentioned available rebates on a new furnace since mine is old, but were honest that my current unit is ok to use for the winter. I really appreciated the honesty and lack of upsell pressure, and will definitely use them when I do replace the furnace!

Following our comprehensive replacement of all HVAC components (including new ducting on our 37 year old home), some post installation reviews and adjustments were required to better balance our system performance to our personal requirements. The team of personnel have all been professional and very interested in my complete satisfaction with all aspects of their work. I have had the new system in operation for just over one month. I have every reason to expect that any of my future HVAC questions and needs will continue to be proactively addressed.

I was adding new thermostats to my system and then it sparked and died. Saturday morning I called them to see if they could come out same day. To my delight the service tech Imran showed up within the hour. He fixed the simple problem and was on his way. Super polite and responsive. I will be using them again for other properties that I own.

I received Mission Viejo Heating & Air's information from the Bryant website. Brad came out and gave me a quote to replace my AC. He was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and trustworthy. After receiving the quote, and considering the other 2 quotes I had received, I decided on MV Heating & Air. Not only were their prices fair, they had outstanding reviews. What impressed me most was if a review was less than 5 stars (which was not very many) they made a point to rectify the issue and the reviewer ultimately ended up giving them 5 stars. We had made an appointment to have our AC/Heating equipment evaluated. As "luck" would have it, the AC went out before the scheduled appointment (timing is everything). We moved that appointment up. I had a pretty good idea about what had gone wrong. Our condenser was fine but the motor that blows the air was slipping. This was the unit that came with the house when it was built in 1985. Was happy it lasted that long. The technician said it would most likely cost at least 5 figures and could be as high as $20K. So we got a 2nd opinion with similar results.

Iman Kamali from this company was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He addressed the problem in less than 10 mins for both the houses. He came on a Labor Day long weekend when most of the AC repairs were off .. strongly recommended mission Viejo heating and cooling .. great job done !!

Sometimes things don't go as planned and this is when you know if you are working with ethical people or not. Mission Viejo Air really came through for me and I sincerely thank them.
My heat pump was not working. The thermostat had a weird reading on the display (two flat bars instead of the normal temperature) and it was not cooling.
Initially, the tech who came (Iman) decided the thermostat was the problem. He replaced it and left. Unfortunately, this did not solve the problem. I let the company know, they responded quickly, and Iman was back out the next day (a Saturday) and continued

Brad and the entire team were fantastic. They were very responsive from our first online inquiry, to the first in person meeting, to the very detailed quotes. My husband and I never felt pressured to upgrade or do anything we weren't wanting to do. In fact, we were told our furnace was in great shape and compatible with the new a/c unit. The whole team that did our install were professional, polite and hard workers. We are extremely pleased with mission Viejo heating and air. I would highly recommend them.

The technician, John Polli, was punctual, prompt-to-respond to all of our concerns and inquiries.... I can say that he's probably the most honest, diligent and friendly technician we have ever encountered. We decided to hold off o. The replacement, for now, but he will be the reason to go to Mission Viejo Heating and Air for any and all of our AC repairs and replacements in our homes in the future!

I appreciate the service that Van and his partner provided. They explained everthing they were doing and diagnosed the issue.
They were prompt both days for the diagnostic and install day.
I also liked that they wore masks, booties to not dirty any carpets and also provided a contactless payment.
