The guys at Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel took care of our Sprinter recall beautifully. They hooked us up with a loaner car and got the Sprinter knocked out quickly. If you need to take your car in for service I highly recommend them. I tried to take the Sprinter to Haus of Imports in Anaheim Hills, called them about the recall, they said they call me back and surprise surprise no call back. Thank you MB of Laguna Niguel!

I had the most wonderful experience looking for a pre owned Mercedes Benz car at Mercedes’ Benz Laguna Niguel. The staff was very helpful, they treated me with nothing but professionalism and courtesy. There was nothing but excellence in there work and character. Just picked up my car after the service department discovered the cause of an intermittent rubbing sound coming from the front of the car. Although they couldn’t duplicate the noise the first day I brought it in, they didn’t give up … and finally heard it day 2. After patiently waiting for it to reoccur a few more times they found the culprit and were able to fix it. Not only did Casey keep me informed on the progress the entire time but called and offered a loaner to use when it was clear it was not going to be a one day repair.

I always have a great experience at Mercedes Benz Laguna Niguel. The service team is top-notch. Everyone is courteous and attentive. As soon as you pull up, they greet you with a smile and get you checked in. They explain everything thoroughly and carefully. Awesome customer service from a very knowledgeable staff. This was my first time here and this place blows other dealerships I’ve been to out of the water, hands down. Service here was super smooth and I felt they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and know exactly what was happening. A fantastic service center! Great cutomer support from beginning to end of the process.Their service is always smooth and straightforward. Cory my sales manager and Shawn my finance manager made my buying experience so seamless and enjoyable! Met up with Bernie online while searching for slightly used Toyota Rav4 AWD vehicles. Over the course of 3 weeks and checking over 80 dealers I settled on Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel, as they had the vehicle we wanted with the options we wanted and our Color choice there.
