LET ME FIRSTLY START OFF WITH THIS , Darshan the owner of Laguna Motors has been nothing but an absolute PLEASURE to work with ! Never have I been to a more accommodating dealership than this one !!! I recently purchased a BMW through this dealer and let me tell you , they are THE BEST! they made the impossible, POSSIBLE and the entire experience was filled with ease. I noticed a few things on the car that needed a bit of work and with absolutely no hesitation Darshan was willing to get it fixed and reimburse me for the costs . He is a man of his word and truly an honor to deal with !

Wasted my time telling me that I’m able to take the bmw for a pre purchase inspection, said he would let me know if the car sells before then. Got to the dealership at 11 (11 is when they open) then he tells me they open at 12, we go all the way to Irvine and go back. Then tells me his boss says I’m able to take the car at 1:00. We get there at 1:00 and they said the car was sold. The receptionist seemed amused on how I got there when the car was sold. Horrible customer service, would recommend not buying from here and saving yourself a headache.

Our experience with Laguna Motors was the best we've ever had purchasing a vehicle. If you see a car your interested in make sure to move fast! 10/10 would not recommend. Took an hour Uber to get here and told them the car I wanted to purchase I called ahead of time.
I arrive and they sold it right in front of me. Now I'm trying to get an Uber back

Your ad is posted in LONG BEACH Craigslist. And being from out of town I did not assume an hour Uber ride both ways totaling almost 130 and still having no vehicle and no one offered to offer me something else no assistance. Just cold shoulder.

Laguna Motors is a very unique way to buy a car in OC. Darshon the owner is very kind, helpful, and professional. I have purchased many cars in my day and this purchase was by far the most relaxing, stress free way to buy a car. I purchased a little Toyota Prius commuter car from Laguna Motors that had some issues months later out of their control but Darshon stood behind his cars and helped me through the whole process of getting my car back on the road through his warranty program. Megan and Darshan were outstanding. Easy to work and accommodating. They both went above and beyond to make my buying experience stress free an easy. They had a few things done to the car light an oil change, tires and alignment when I asked, in order to get the deal done. I would definitely buy from them again!

Everyone is super friendly from the moment you walk in. Not only do they have great selection, their cars are very reasonable. We had a little glitch in getting the license plates (fault of the DMV), and they really went above and beyond to make sure we got them without us having to put in extra time and effort. I highly recommend Laguna Motors. You won't be disappointed!

The way that this specific dealership(and many others) just pamper you until the deal is made is sickening. I was told I would be receiving a remote key because the one given to me was broken. I never received anything and I reached out about 4-6 times and was either ignored or given an excuse. Magan was the saleswomen responsible for such malpractice. Not only did she lie, but the car after X amount of miles, all of a sudden dash lights(indicators) came on, first was tire pressure light, then the light bulb symbol and if that's not enough the check engine light came on. None of these lights

We still have not received our new license plates. We have been waiting for months and it expires in November 2020. Its now November 2020. Can someone please advise. I've called this in and have been communicating with someone but we still have not received the plates and this car was purchased months ago.

This was the fastest and easiest car deal I have ever done period. Office was a good location and easy to find. Darshan was extremely professional and 100% transparent. A pleasure to deal with. I've been through it all with Laguna Motors. We've had our ups and downs but Darshan will not disappoint and will always come through in the end and make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
I've had a lot of things wrong with my first car, and every time he took full responsibility and handled it himself. With that being said, even though we started out rough, after seeing his commitment and persistence the first time around, I decided to give it another shot and got a second car from him. DISHONEST - will try to scam you!
I went in for a test drive. Agreed on a price. Several calls and texts back and forth. Requested financing.
I go in the day of purchase and start signing papers. Finally get to the loan financing price.
Scam 1: The purchase price has increased by over 10%. I ask what happened. Rep states that the boss changes the prices every day. Must be a mix up. Except the boss knew I was purchasing the car. The financing request left no doubt.
Scam 2: They tell you that there is a complimentary warranty that comes with your purchase. Great! Their default is to "

I have bought two vehicles from these guys and have sold one vehicle through them.
Darshawn and Terry try to make the whole experience as simple and clear as possible. I bought an Acura from them that had no problems! Drove wonderfully and at that time I had horrible credit. They really made a way when I thought there would be no way. Once I cleaned up my credit some more I traded the Acura in with them and bought a Lexus from them. My Lexus was a 2011 with 43k mileage and literally was such a WONDERFUL vehicle!! Both vehicles I got from here were not lemons even though both were used.

Went in to see what they have on lot and was expecting to be rushed and followed like most car salesmen do (very annoying when your just looking and advise them already but the keep hounding you ) but to my surprise it wasn't like that , they asked 1x and let me be until I had questions . Long story short , went back to buy my vehicle with them and everything was a easy going process and they gave me the best deal to offer . I was pleased with my experience and would def .
