Collaborative design renovating elementary playgrounds into innovative play and learning spaces that enhance the school's enrichment program. In-house Certified Irrigation Designer and irrigation design specialists providing cost-effective solutions to irrigation challenges.

This past year, schools all over the country were forced to allow fewer students inside and keep classes physically separate from each other, making their outside spaces a hot commodity. In many cases schools had to scramble to figure out ways to make this happen with little time to plan.

We propose that to better equip schools for the future, more time, funding, and attention is needed to design these outdoor learning environments in ways students, teachers and the neighboring community can enjoy throughout the year.Parks all around the world are known for igniting emotions of hope, peace, and optimism.
Services
Parks define communities and places, whether they be neighborhood, regional destination, athletic complex or urban parks. From an aesthetic perspective, they artfully meld architecture and horticulture into original, inventive, and inspiring visual concepts. From a practical perspective, they are central to the wellbeing of a community and its citizens, encouraging active living and providing a crucial connection to nature.
Play, recreation and high-volume activity are hallmarks of the schoolyard. Designing a school site combines multiple sensitivities to the needs of children in their learning environment. First, this includes understanding the high-energy rambunctious activity of students at play. Second, understanding the educational process and the layering of learning, teaching, oversight and multiple age groups.
Designing trails focuses on a natural setting and introducing people into that environment to enjoy and experience a connection with nature. Minimizing the impact of human touch on the land is vital with sustainable and resilient design considerations such as how the trail affects water flow. Design of trails and open space incorporates sensitivities to wildlife and indigenous plants.
Play is fun and the playground is a place where fun happens. We design both! But its not just fun and games--it's practical and technical design that focuses on accessibility, multi-sensory, age-appropriate equipment, motor skills development, social interaction, physical fitness, child development, levels of play, and safety, and security.
GRASP is a proprietary methodology that stands for "Geo-Referenced Amenities Standards Process." Developed along with GreenPlay, LLC, we use this process with municipalities across the country to assess existing park and recreation systems. Findings from the analysis process identify gaps and make recommendations for future parks, recreation and open space needs.
