Lori created a beautiful and functional landscape master plan for our residence that addressed many needs and wants. First, she addressed some erosion and drainage issues we had with our sloped lot. She also designed a paver walkway, split-level deck, paver patio and fire pit with seating wall that also served as a retention wall on the slope. Her plan included multiple mulch beds that added both beauty and privacy. AMAZING, beyond words
We initially contacted Lori to create a design for the backyard of our newly constructed home. Our lot was basically dirt and a huge unruly hill which was sliding down every time we had rain. Lori listened to our concerns about the drainage and stability of the hill and also about our likes and dislikes as far as what we wanted in our landscape. We had recently moved to Greensboro from California and were not familiar with what types of plants could be grown in the local climate. Before Lori, we had paid a different landscape architect to design a new backyard for us. The plan was OK, but it didn't move us and it just wasn't what we tried to articulate to him that we wanted.
