We received JEM’s info through a referral from a close friend. We shot Jeanine a text and she responded quickly. On the day of our consult, she showed up early and didn’t waste any time. Few days later, I had the (very reasonable) quote in hand and we got the co tract signed. We started the job on 12/3 with an estimated finishing date of 12/30...Given the scope of the job and the holidays, we figured this was a reasonable time frame. The absolute rockstar that Jeanine is....She cranked this job out in 2 weeks, finishing in time for us to host our first Christmas at the new house! The work is

Their isn’t enough stars to rate this construction co. Jeannine the owner is professional and so is all her crew. My kitchen bathrooms , fireplace look beautiful. I was more than pleased with all that was done and I had a lot done. I have never had a project like this run so smoothly . Plus she is very reasonably priced. I highly recommend JEM construction.

We met with Jeanine back in January 2017 after getting 3 other quotes from different contractors. Her prices came much lower. She listened to what we want and gave us a great price for what we wanted to get done. She re did 3 bathrooms and a kitchen for us. Easy to work with. We weren't looking for luxury, but something nice and reasonable. I believe they have higher end stuff also. They are trust worthy and NO nickling and dimming. We changed order a few times and Jeanine charged us very little for the change. We will do business again.
