From the first phone call to the final touch-ups, we make sure that you are delighted with every step of the process. The materials that we use to produce and install your fence are always of the highest quality and exceed the industry standards for structure and weathering.
Pickens uses treated or cedar for our wood fences, with treated or cedar posts. An alternate post system called OZ is also available. While most wood fences are built with two stringers, Pickens uses three stringers on our 6' tall fences for maximum stability. Also, we make sure to use only aluminum nails on cedar to prevent the black streaks that one can get with galvanized nails.
We'll guide you through the process and discuss the best options for you and your budget so that it's always greener on your side of the fence. You get what you wait for. During the pandemic lumber supplies became ridiculously limited. Pickens fence took our deposit at the beginning of July and we just got our fence installed mid-october. This is because they don't just choose any junk wood from Home Depot or Lowe's. If you're looking for a fence right now you're going to get a piece of junk. if you have the patience to wait on their supply to come in you're going to get a beautiful fence like ours. Took them about 6 hours to install our entire fence. Super happy with it.

Absolutely thrilled with Pickens Fence. We had a very large project with some unique features and I'm so thankful we went with Pickens. John was super responsive during the bidding process and helped me get approval with the HOA. During the install Ryan and the Team did fantastic quality work and I was surprised by how punctual and quickly they got the job done. Highly recommend!
