George was incredibly helpful when we discovered a flood in our basement. He showed up within an hour on a Saturday. He referred us to a great company that accepted our homeowner’s insurance. So for the last week I have had increased anxiety after having my septic pumped to find out it was filling right back up. We called a septic guy who said oh your leach field is done, you need a new one. Never… came out, looked nothing just told us we would need a 20K leach field installed. I spent a week researching and found no signs of a failed field. Today I called George De Jesus from George's Drains LLC to see if he knew someone who could scope our pipes. He asked me a bunch of questions and came right out. Long story short our septic pump failed, he had us up and running in 2 hours

I’ve used this company for several issues and I can’t say enough good things about them. It’s never taken them more than 20 minutes to get here, even on weekends, evenings, or weekend evenings- in the snow on a holiday! SO responsive. George does high quality work, does 5 extra things during each visit that he doesn’t even charge for, and is super friendly. Charges are reasonable, and he explains everything in such a way that even a first time homeowner (like me) can understand. Use George, he is the best!

On a Sunday night we had a base board heater pipe leak that we needed repaired, We wanted to get this taken care of ASAP so I used the service feature that yelp offers which then sent a message to multiple plumbers in the area. George came out on an emergency call for a backed up main line that was spewing water into my basement. He was in contact within minutes of me requesting an online appointment and notified me when he was on his way, arrived on time, masked and is very pleasant. He was quick, thorough and worked to find the least messy way to take care of the clog which was via the outside cap for the septic so no extra water in my basement. I called George and he was able to get me on the schedule for the next day. He was courteous and friendly. He wore a mask, gloves, and shoe covers. He gave me the estimate and was able to do the work immediately. I think the estimate was a great price for the work done.
