Our residential projects range from small apartments and condominiums up to a 21,000 square foot mega mansion and everything in between. Mike at INX was fantastic! He came out to our home quickly after we called him, to do an air quality test in both our family room and third floor finished attic space. We had an odor in our family room and thought our third floor bedroom might have been affected by a leak from our window and chimney. The air test results came back within a week, and it educated us on what was really happening in our home's air. Mike took a lot of time to explain the report to us, and scheduled the mold remediation around our busy schedules. Working with Mike was a great experience because he took our issues seriously

Met these folks after Hurricane Ida flooded our Mary Street houses. Didn't use them then but when another situation arose I was glad to be able to work with them.
After contacting 4 other companies (not realizing INX could help us) I used their online form at 8PM and they called me the next morning. We were in a pinch and they were super helpful - arranged a same day appointment and expedited our test.
When we needed another paper (again discovered after typical business hours) they stepped up and got it to me the same evening as requested. I will definitely use them again and will continue to

Mike was called in by the contractor working on my home. Mike arrived the next morning and provided a quote by that afternoon. Price was very reasonable and the work began within days. Mike and his crew were amazing! Mike was very professional and caring making sure my air ducts were cleaned and sealed (I have two children with respiratory issues). Mike was very responsive, knowledgeable, and quick to get me the information I needed.
