We were so thrilled by the work that was completed by Wright Restoration Services. We had a major water damage incident and they immediately responded with a plan for remediation. We thought that we would need to micromanage the situation, but Brian took control putting together a project plan, timeline, and held weekly checkpoint meetings to keep us informed of the progress. After water got into my basement, I asked them to assess for mold and requested a solution to prevent future water intrusion. Not only did they tell me there was NO mold; when it came time to make the repairs the estimate was adjusted to reflect the scope of what was actually done.
I could've easily been taken advantage of and paid for mold removal and the original estimation amount; instead I was charged CONSIDERABLY LESS. I believe my interaction with Brian Maggs and the rest of the Wright Restoration Services team (Sunny from the office included!) speaks to the remarkable

I was having no success with a very popular and highly advertized water remediation and repair service.
I finally called Wright restoration and had great communication, honesty, and quick responses to emails and phone calls.

Very happy with the job Wright Restoration did cleaning our air ducts. Having done several construction projects on the house I knew they would be full of all manner of debris. The guys from Wright were friendly and hard working and did a very thorough job. I really appreciated the before and after photos they sent me afterwards. I highly recommend Wright!

Excellent Service ! Had a large sewer back -up Thursday night, call Wright's at 8am Friday morning, and they were at my home by 9:30am to take a look. Barry was very knowledgeable, and provided me with several options. In the end it turned into a home owners claim. Wright's completed the clean up, and worked with my Insurance adjuster to make sure everything was done correctly. Wright's also did the remodel portion which was extensive. Could not ask for better communication, and attention to detail from the entire staff! Thank you Barry, Brian, and Marissa for all your help and patients. -Erik
