So disappointed with this company. We have used them in the past for water damage we had in our basement and we were very pleased with their service. We had an issue again with water last night in our basement, it was an emergency. We talked to Darlene she explained they were very busy and she could not send anyone out last night but she said someone would be in contact first thing this morning to let us know when someone could come out. Well no phone call. So I called at 9 am and spoke to Kaitlyn, she put me on hold and when she got back on the phone said they are very busy and cannot have anyone

Having to use remediation services is not a situation anyone wants to be in. Recommended to us by a plumber we called about a burst water pipe. DC Eager was out within hours on a weekend and did an excellent job assessing and clearing the damage from two rooms beneath the break, including removing much of a tile floor. Darlene and her crew were the most professional group of people I could have asked for. She helped with water and mold in our basement 2 years ago and was very sensitive to my questioning and naivety as I tried to understand the whole process. They were affordable, but not at the sacrifice of quality. Everything was done neatly, efficiently, and with fantastic communication.
