I contacted XMAN to look at a mold issue that was becoming a problem in a tenant's apartment bathroom. I spoke with Christina on the phone and she was very kind, polite and courteous. She scheduled Robert to go out and look at the issue . Robert was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was able to fix and treat the mold issue in a quick amount of time. Had mold growing on one of the walls in our basement. We called XMAN to set up an appointment and spoke with Christina, who was absolutely wonderful. Robert came to the house for an assessment, and just days later he came back to remove the mold and did a great job. Both Christina and Robert were so helpful and answered all of our questions. We were even given a warranty on the work that was done. Would definitely recommend XMAN.

X-man is a great service. Robert is above and beyond professional and spends as much time as needed explaining his process with inspection and remediation and getting client input. Christine is a wonderful person to work with regarding scheduling and again educating the client on the process and what to expect. She was available whenever needed. And she is quite personable and easy to talk to. And the price??? Are you kidding me?? Their service was so incredibly affordable especially considering all of the work they did. We recently purchased a home and found some hidden mold in the basement. I was referred to XMAN. I am so happy that I asked around for a local company because I found the BEST! On the first call I knew this was the company I was going to hire. Christina was very thorough and explained the process to me. In a few days we met Robert at the property and he showed us all the places where mold was that we never noticed. I decided to contact XMAN Inc after receiving an estimate for mold detection and remediation from another company, which went right from detecting the presence of mold to recommending that the walls in my study be torn out and the ceiling tiles removed in another part of the basement. After the XMAN tech visited, he was very clear in his assessment of our situation and ruled out the need for severe remediation efforts. Honest, professional, knowledgeable, and very understanding. Robert came out to inspect the mold issue of my tenant's condo.
