All I can say is this place is a great place to do business. Alyssa, Jennifer, Heather and Stephanie always helpful courteous and very professional and business oriented. It was difficult finding and deciding on a company you can actually trust to do your home repairs and do them right. Purofirst of Gwinnett was a great choice. Each group of vendors that came to do repairs was awesome no complaints whatsoever. Purofirst worked around our schedule and made sure we were satisfied with the work completed. They did my mitigation in my basement after my hot water heater exploded. Jake was very knowledgeable and thorough to make sure everything was dry and mold -free. He was very flexible and accommodating when it came to coordinating my availability and him doing the work in my basement. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

I wouldn't not use them. Had to use them because that is who the insurance company sent. If I had to do it again I would go with someone I choose. There were a few issues that needed fixing. They did send someone out to fix the steps and to restretch the carpet on the stairs and in the bedroom door way. But if you don't want seams in your room you better tell them otherwise the estimator will put a seam in your room. And his only response is "not my fault.". Also they use Mohawk carpet, it's a great product but they showed my friend just a few boards of carpet samples, and then told us that's all

My response to the owners response, which is ludicrous and highly out of touch with reality. Also, one year after the fact. To clarify the situation we spent 6 weeks working thru the quote process. The day that we going to sign the contract they backed out and would not accept a deposit, without any reasonable explanation. They left us in a lurch. They were rude, insensitive, and unprofessional.

I’ve used Purofirst of Gwinnett for insurance claim work through USAA for two different jobs (many years apart). The first was replacing the wood floor in my kitchen with tile because of water damage. They did an amazing job.
And the second was recently replacing my roof. I’m extremely happy with the quality of work they performed and I had very positive experiences both times. Everyone I came into contact with, either in the office, or at my home, was very professional and courteous.
I highly recommend Purofirst of Gwinnett, and will definitely choose them again!

Purofirst has done water mitigation for me twice and has tested for mold. The also fixed my kitchen following water damage, and I'm so pleased to say that it looked exactly the way it did before all the damage, which is exactly what I wanted. I definitely recommend them.

Where do I start on this one? As it turns out, I had a leak in my shower that I did not know about, for what appears to be years. My bathroom ended up being torn out, to the studs.
I worked with my insurance company to get this little problem repaired. I have insurance with a top rated company and they recommend Purofirst.

We had water damage. Our insurance company recommended 3 companies. I met all 3 and felt most comfortable doing business with Ken. He was very quick to begin working. We ended up getting a better quality product all around. I am so satisfied with the overall process. His workers showed respect and represented his company well. There were no unresolved issues. I highly recommend this place.

All repairs were performed in an efficient and timely manner. I recommend this company to anyone who wants quality work. They have transformed my modest bathroom into one of luxury at a VERY reasonable price. They were very supportive during this first renovation. I even had to leave town for about a week and I was able to trust them to go in and out and came home to a beautiful bathroom! 10 stars!
