Professional, friendly and efficient. Brian Graham arrived at our agreed uptown time and was able to resolve 2 slow drains in about an hour while being very clean and friendly. He also agreed to come back at no additional cost if for some reason the issues were not resolved which I appreciated.

I have reported this company, and sent pictures to the U. S. Military V.A. The only reason I gave them 1 star, was because I couldn’t give them a Zero!!!!
They will be investigated for ripping off a military Vietnam Veteran. We entrusted them to install a shower/toilet for our75 year old disabled Uncle, who is in desperate need of it. Worst mistake ever. We are out of over $4000.00 in materials, and Labor. ($2218.00) labor charge. This company left the shower incomplete, and unable to use. It took them 2 days, and they still didn’t complete the job. The person installing was not licensed.

Mark did such an amazing job. He is very friendly, polite, and leaves everything so clean. I did not know about what needed to be done, he took the time to explain to me what was going on, and what was needed. Even showed me where the problem was and the parts needed to repair it. These qualities are not found in too many businesses anymore. But it's what makes me a returning customer.

Strongly recommend getting a more experienced and professional plumber. Their company looked highly rated from thumbtack, but quickly realized the reviews don’t tell the accurate picture. It is worth the time and money you will save in the long run.
We had a miserable experience with their company and the owner Brian Graham. We needed a water heater replaced, shower repaired and a hot water recirculating line added. All 3 of the projects were a nightmare.
