Nakita was great to work with... so helpful and friendly, even before I went to the dealership. She handled all my questions via text and Email which was my preferred method of communication. Kelly was so helpful and genuine. I've been in 5 dealerships in the last month, and she was the first person to treat me kindly and fairly. She helped me into a 2019 Cherokee, which is a whole step better than what I thought I could afford. I wouldn't have even driven it if Kelly had not suggested it, and now I'm very happy with my purchase. The finance manager was great to me as well. If you're car shopping in St. Joe, shop at Reed first. You won't need to go anywhere else.
