Not sure why these reviews read the way they do. I put 2000 dollars as a down payment. I have not so good credit due to MY OWN life choices in the past, and these people were very considerate of where I am NOW in my life, not where I've been. We had a mechanical issue we had to fix with a brake booster and they weren't calling me everyday asking where their payment was that week, if fact they told me not to make the payment and that we would work on it over the next few weeks. I am completely satisfied with this business and the used car we received from them. They have been a blessing. I'm guessing

For a buy here, pay here place, the down payment amounts are utterly ridiculous. We walked around and was finally greeted by what appeared to be a mechanic stating for an $8000.00+ vehicle you need over $2000.00 down. If you don't have thousands of dollars to put down, I recommend going someplace else. Went inside to confirm the "mechanic" was correct and the receptionist interrupted me asking the question. Customer service means a lot. Zero star service imo. 😲 What a place.

Would not recommend doing business, went in to look at a vehicle I was very interested in. Was asked if I was buying today at that moment, explained it would be a couple weeks don't want to lock I to the first vehicle I find. Asked if I could look under the vehicle in question because I know the the vehicle type very well. See how clean the engine was oil level etc. Everything anyone would do before settle on a used car. I was straight up told by the gentleman that looks at the vehicle you use for trade in's and was told I DO NOT HAVE TIME OR LIKE TIRE KICKERS. I was already approved for the asking
