We've had them come twice for two different issues; the first time for a leak in our kitchen ceiling and the second time for a worn out pressure regulator. Both times they were able to come the same day, worked quickly, were very professional, and charged a fair price. Alliance Plumbing and Drain is a great company and I will definitely call them for all future plumbing issues as well.

We had an appointment between 3 & 5. They were able to come a little early after making sure we were there. David showed up, got info from us, looked at the disposal, gave two options with pros/cons of each then did the option we choose efficiently.

David and Daniel came out from Alliance Plumbing within hours after i called. I wasnt expecting same day service but definitely got it. They came out initially to detect a leak at my house, and after determining it was external to my home and needed special equipment they didn't even charge me for the visit. After my underground leak was detected, they almost immediately came out to fix it and did an incredible job! After discovering a leak in one of our toilets we contacted Alliance based on several recommendations. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they don't charge a call fee. Once here they were very professional and nice. They discovered a hairline crack that requires replacing the toilet instead of repairing. I expected to be charged something for the time they spent here. There was no charge. Based on the recommendations, all the reviews of repairs they have done for others and our short experience today I would not hesitate to call them again.

I have been burned by plumbers in the past. That is why I feel it is so important to explain how awesome my experience with Alliance was. From their respect for my home, to informing me every step of the way of what was happening. They put 3 hours into trying to open the drain. Unsuccessfully, unfortunately. They gave me a recommendation of a larger company that may be able to handle the job. I hate to put it out there for people expecting free stuff, but, THEY DIDN’T CHARGE ME FOR THE TIME THEY PUT IN. We had a strange and scary gurgling coming from our kitchen sink. Starting yesterday- if we flushed the upstairs toilet or took a shower- the kitchen sink gurgled. I called them this morning, they came out this afternoon. They spent 30 minutes here running around filling and emptying tubs and flushing things and listening and watching pipes. They… were able to clear the problem that way, gave us a recommendation of a product we could buy to help (Endure) and taught me that coffee grounds, eggs, and pasta are huge no-now for the disposal. We put everything in the disposal. They did not charge

We had a wonderful experience with this business. Our water heater died on a Monday night. I called and spoke with Dmitri. He was able to give me feedback quickly and scheduled the replacement the next morning. The pricing was more than fair and the quality of the work looks impeccable. They showed up on time and got our water heater installed quickly. They hauled away the old water heater and voila, we are able to shower again! I can't recommend them more highly.

Called them at 7:45 in the evening for a leaking water heater. A live human being answered the phone. 🎉 I sent some text photos and they were here by 9:30 installing a new water heater. 🎉🎉 Very reasonable quote for an after hours emergency call. 🎉🎉🎉 We’ve used these guys before for plumbing maintenance issues.
