We found a leak in our refrigerator supply line late on a Sunday night and the water shutoff valve was not shutting off the water completely. Ultimately we had to cut the water off at the meter/road. As soon as Keep Smiling opened on Monday, I called to see if we could get a plumber out to help us. Unfortunately, they had no one available until Tuesday, but we had no water coming to the house, so I started calling other plumbers. No one was available! Within a few minutes, William from Keep Smiling called me back to try to get us worked into the schedule. Lo and behold, he was able to send James

James was awesome! He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He did a great job fixing other peoples mistakes and fixed the flange and installed a new toilet. He then cleaned up thoroughly so there was no mess. We will definitely be using him and Keep Smiling plumbing again.

We had no idea until we got our water bill that our main water line to the street was broken. Our bill was through the roof! Keep Smiling came out quickly and resolved the issue by switching out our piping. They were very easy to work with. They were nice and timely and professional. It was pricy but I think this type of work would be the same price if not more anywhere else. We will definitely use them again if something else comes up!
