Services
This was an installation of the new flooring in Parrish, FL. Old carpet and tile had to be removed and new Vinyl plan flooring and baseboard installed. This was a big job in Sarasota, FL for Two Men and a Track. One of their employees dragged a piece of furniture and damage customer floor which we hat to cut out and carefully replace the damaged planks instead of replacing the whole floor.

While attempting to clarify my specific needs and the complexity of the project, I was advised, "if you looking for someone to tell how to do their job, we are not who you looking for." We live in a 1925 house which always leads to surprises and complications. Oleg and team handled it like pros. Very happy with the end results, the professionalism and prompt work. We have really struggled to find good handy folks here in SRQ. Oleg and team are great!

I used this business for several assembly projects including light installation, assembly of recliner, and complex assembly of an electric fireplace. Oleg was organized and meticulous. The fireplace was especially detailed with a great number of small parts. He never appeared rushed or frustrated and remained organized in his process, even when some parts were tedious. I recommend this company without reservations and am formulating my next list of jobs.

Oleg SAVED OUR WALLETS BIG TIME! We purchased our dream shower door from Lowes, had shown the person our shower stall and everything, and we purchased a heavier door on his recommendation. My husband and I aren't completely naive when it comes to home projects, but we knew this one would be a challenge. three hours into the job, we couldn't get past step two. Oleg is an absolute crook and will blame the customer for any mistakes he makes. I called to see if he could help with tiling 2 bathrooms. He explained that his price would be higher because he does high quality work compared to others. I decided to try him out. He came to my house and had 2 tile guys that had never met each other before. They were amateur tile guys. First they started laying tile and didn't center it to the room and the tile is not level. Second they poured self leveler on the ground and mixed it incorrectly. It was less level than before they poured it and they ran out of

I'm looking for a handy man, ask how much it cost to change the hinges of one door will charge you $275 each plus small area in the bathroom counter to re caulking about 5 mins project will charge you $75.00 don't like to negotiate would like to end the call when discuss about the price, very rude has a very heavy accent, maybe from Slovenia. Avoid this one look for more honest and reliable person....affordable and not rude!

Our cabinetry company was trying to get us to complete a $1500+ project (including drywall removal and repair) just to install floating shelves. Oleg evaluated the project and determined we could install the shelves for less than a third of that price and without the risk and mess of removing drywall. Moreover, the shelves can now hold significant weight. The project was completed in a high quality fashion and ahead of schedule. He could've gotten away with completing the original project for MUCH more money but instead he was honest and offered us a MUCH better solution. I am so grateful

Would not recommend his services for smaller projects. He was quick to communicate and get the job done, but once he got here, was nebulous on pricing and level of effort for the tasks. It was confusing. Also, the jobs were just okay - I probably could have put in the effort and done it myself. I had to push him to do the job at 100%, and he called me picky as a result, which was pretty insulting. Him and his associate left drywall dust everywhere and didn't bother to warn me to move my electronics or other stuff, so I was left cleaning up afterwards at great length, which defeated the purpose
