Owner Robert 'Bob' Greenwood came by his talent naturally. His dad started doing carpentry very young and at the age of 16 designed and built his own house. Bob started in construction at 17 yrs of age, his first job was picking up, delivering and carrying lumber to various projects for a contractor building cabin homes in the San Bernardino Mountains in California.
After a couple of months the contractor started letting him do framing which he took to instantly and excelled at. During the next 6 years Bob worked in HVAC and was certified for repair by Heil Quaker Corp. He was also involved in building a large church building in Texas where he got involved in heavy commercial steel erection and welding as well as concrete work.
