I purchased a car from this dealership and was not only impressed by how I was treated during the sales process, but how they treat me afterward. I have returned a few times for maintenance and all the sales consultants treat me like I'm new. I purchased the car through Leroy and he was great. When I returned, Abigail asked if she could help me, and even though I wasn't buying anything from her, she acted like I was her customer. I worry about car dealerships after the sale is over, but I have had the same great service.

Purchased car 9/11/21. Salesperson really didn't sell car.. we liked it and was just waiting on paper to fill out. After reviewing paperwork and pricing we noticed they added warranties without us asking so we talked them out of the warrenties..got the car and immediately noticed it wasn't detailed good or if at all.. 2 weeks later a low oil sign came on.. a quart low. Took it to the dealership and they added oil with an apology. Not even a month into owning the vehicle I had to change brakes. 1 pad was rubbing metal to the rotor. The other pads were worn half way. How can the car be precertified

The whole experience was outstanding. Lamont was a true person and salesman. No pressure from him or the others. Dealership was extremely nice as were the staff. This is the 1st time that I have been completely satisfied on all account as I have purchased many vehicles. I would have to say that It was worth the 3 hour drive to get there and I would do it again. They have my business in the future as well as anyone that I can send their way. I wish you all were closer to the TRI-Cities but keep up the excellent customer focus and we will surely see you again.

Within 3000 miles of purchasing a brand new 2021 Honda Accord on 7/9/21, my crash mitigation slammed on the brakes 3 times without any cars in front of me and does not brake or alert when I do have someone break suddenly in front of me. My lane assist pulls me out of the center of the lane (going straight on I85) regularly. McKenney Salinas offers me no solutions, saying these malfunctions are normal. I have turned off the features so that my car doesn't injure me.

During a recent trip to this dealership, I had to wait a long time in 90+ degree heat as several employees rode around on golf carts ignoring us. I had already picked out my purchase online and basically just wanted to check it out and buy. Finally a very nice gentleman did help us. I made a fair cash offer on the car. They refused then marked it up $1300. I was informed that Mr. Salinas did not have to come down on the price and he would sell to someone else. There was a couple next to us that went through the exact same thing. After all this, I will never consider this dealership for any business

This is the best car dealership, and every way, that I have ever had the privilege of patronizing. When you buy a car, there is no high pressure sales agenda. When you walk in the show room, you don't feel pounced upon. The service department is excellent prompt and fairly priced. Went in for a routine service....met by Kaitlyn. Very personable and informative. Was quoted a wait time if 45 minutes. Nice comfortable waiting area..Wi-Fi was available as was water coffee ect actual time was only 35 mins and check out was smooth and quick and car was waiting as soon as I was checked out. Will certainly repeat

I wish I could give this dealership a higher rating but unfortunately the customer service is just sub par in the parts and service department. While the prices are on point and the speed is satisfactory. However, I called to check conformity of a different pair of OEM wheels on my civic and to see if I could have my wheels swapped out. After a ten minute hold I was told that a technician on duty "thinks" it probably won't be a fit. When I asked if he could make sure since they were a Honda Dealership that surely they would have someone with an answer and I was brushed off again

I had my Honda serviced here and it was by far the best experience I have ever had when getting work done. For one thing everyone was friendly, especially Kaitlyn Golden. The waiting area was comfortable and had snacks and tv. Most importantly, nobody lied to me during the whole process, the part came exactly when they said it would and the amount of time they estimated to be finished was very accurate. I will use them for everything in the future and they are better than any other Honda place I have ever dealt with.

We had as delightful of an experience that one can have while in the car purchasing endeavor. LeRoy Binge was knowledgeable, personable, easygoing and not your typical pushy car salesman. We were repeat customers from 10 years ago and Jonathan Zirbel remembered us and added to the pleasant experience. Talked to them on a used truck they were selling was told it was in excellent condition so I drove 3 hours there. Truck would barely start but the worst part was the frame had a good portion cut out and a main crossmember was cut. They tried to play around the severity of that damage. I wouldn't even test drive that truck it's so unsafe I hope no one gets scammed into buying it.

From the moment I stepped on the lot, the employees were attentive and friendly without being overbearing. Glenn was the second salesperson I worked with, and I ended up pursuing my purchase with him. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and he was low pressure while maintaining expressed interest in obtaining my business. Even the sales manager (whose name I unfortunately cannot remember) was easy to work with and made sure I understood every detail of my purchase. The Civic Hatchback EX is my first major purchase, and I couldn't have chosen a better dealership! Thanks MS Honda!

Another great experience at McKenney-Salinas Honda. This was my second purchase of a Honda Pilot in as many years. Throughout my experience in purchasing/leasing cars, I have never enjoyed the process especially from the customer relationship aspect since I am in sales as well, but McKenney Salinas gets it right. With a customer relationship centric approach combined with a quick and easy process for those on a time crunch, this dealership and it's staff gets it right no matter what my needs are. I will continue to bring my business there as well as the referral business of my client base

This is more of a review of the service department, not so much the car dealership aspect. I used to always take my Exploder here for service requirements, which were quite frequent some time ago. They were always good at helping us, but that could have been because a good family friend of ours was the service department manager. Even so, it was always a pretty quick & easy process getting my car fixed or tuned up. If I still lived close by, I'd probably still get my Exploder serviced here.
