Always loving cars, Jeff has been known as the "car guy" since a young age. Knowing that he wanted a profession in cars, he started his career at a local Pontiac Buick dealership in Lincolnton. There he rapidly promoted his car profession to General Manager. By 1993, he chose to chase his dreams and pursue his own small pre-owned dealership in Lincolnton, NC.

Buyers remorse!!!! Well overpriced, and the warranty they sell you is a Well, it's a joke. I got my car a month ago yesterday and my check engine light came on in the first couple weeks, I brought it to the finance company's attention and they said they will cover it "if" it's under warranty. The issue I have is for the price they asked for the vehicle, good business would be to fix it, instead tell me I can get it fixed and they would add it to my loan, so that means they can charge most interest on the repair on a 2006 with a current payoff of 20k. I wish I were more patient in my car buying

My experience was with the, now closed, Denver location, but it was an amazing experience. We located our loved vehicle online, showed up and was even more impressed in person. The 500 down was legit but we went for 800 and got the 1year warranty as well. It's been an awesome experience. The finance company (Wilco) communicates with us, works with us if we can't get to our payment on time and have been really understanding with us. I can't speak for the service and the staff at this location, but as a whole I had an amazing experience and we are actually quite close to paying the car off at this

I bought a car from them, I haven’t had the car less than 30 days and it’s been in the shop longer than it’s been on the road! Staff there don’t relay messages, lie about what they are doing to fix the problems you WILL have with your car. Rude and nonprofessional as well way over priced for the vehicles they sell. Your only as good as your word….. and Jeff’s word ain’t nothing….

Very positive feelings about Jeff's Auto Sales. Jamie was extremely helpful in finalizing the deal. Explained paperwork which I signed thoroughly, and took care with all the details in a friendly and professional manner. I am quite pleased with the Volvo I purchased, even though it is 15 years old. Since I do not drive very much, I think it will serve me well.

We trusted Jeff’s auto. The men we dealt with seemed sweet and honest, after a few weeks many many things went wrong with our car, let’s start with the 9k price tag but the 18k we are ending up having to pay might I add. We drove and suddenly the ABS kicks in on the highway in traffic with my toddler in tow. Nearly causing us to be smooshed by cars behind us, engine light comes on and we find out the battery in the vehicle does not even belong in this car !! Many leaks, wheel hubs bad , key fob never worked, car was never inspected Jeff’s calls weeks after saying we must do it for them. Literally

They are super friendly, so helpful. Tyler is amazing! Very patient and super nice! This is the second time we have got a car from Jeff auto sales, Tyler has helped us both times and I don’t think we will ever go anywhere else! You should most definitely check them out Tyler is awesome, brook is as well. I’m sure everyone is great! We were treated like family.

Please dont buy a car with these guys. You will get a junk car that will run for a while then it will break down on you . i got my car 6 months later the motor has a catastrophic failure they help fix my car taking it to beagles keep for month-and-a-half still nothing had a motor put in one week after having motor put in check engine light and still comes on again couple days later no antifreeze smell of burning oil again car is literally falling apart so please don't waste your time and money they sell junk cars they don't stand behind he wants you to put the bill for their junk

Save your time ,money and aggravation folks ! You'll wind up with a broke car and a joke of a warranty ! They will insist on taking to their mechanics who couldn't fix a bicycle chain (L&L auto salvage) yes a junk yard is where your car will bee patched back together ,only yo break down again and again ! I have seen my once in six weeks and it's still patched up . So if you want to make payments of a Crimea you wont have by all means shop a junky Jeff's.
