Terrible place to buy a car. My sister bought a Chevy Cruze from there and two days later the belt came off and we found out the oil was leaking non-stop. They refused to help her. Left her standing in the rain after she agreed to buy the car (she was still walking and no one offered to at least take her closer to home) She really needed a reliable car she saved her money up for months after walking to work in the rain/heat/late nights all for this? I work at a dealership and we would have never done our customer like this. It’s ridiculous… DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS U WANT TO

Kinda in between about them, had great communication over the phone, we talked about my down payment amount, and some other stipulations that I agreed upon over the phone. Did a credit application. Drove there the next day, test drove the car, I was so happy and in need. After test driving, everything literally changed in the blink of an eye and was asked for double the amount of the down payment that I offered which was basically 3 times the asking down payment amount. Geesh, like... we literally talked the day before. I’m not sure what happened. Especially with emails and constant communication

Im thinking about getting another car with them I bought my Toyota Camry 2005 from them had my car now for 3 years I only had Lil problems that any car gets after having it for so long that was fixable I love my car . . My mom also bought a car from there now she has another one with them n she should be bout done paying it off my cousin has one with them my dad & step mom has one with them . . I think they are good people to deal with and they do try to help you out the best way they can

My review must have been deleted. My fiance bought a car from Nikki, the check engine light came on after a few hours of driving it. The clutch needs replaced, the CD player doesn't work. Nikki said, "the car was fine when they had it." After my first review I posted, Nikki calls my fiance during his work hours to tell him, "your girlfriend needs to get her facts straight!" They argued a minute on the phone with it ending in, "are you threatening me" to "at the end of the day, you're still a used car salesman." Then Nikki hung up on him.

We are very pleased with our experiences with Five Star Auto. In February, 2015, we purchased our first vehicle from this dealer.
