The interns gain professional sales experience for an advanced career in the sales industry with active mentorship. One is the Production Assistant/Job Expeditor. In this position, the intern fulfills almost every duty associated with production.
From insurance supplementing to ordering dumpsters, the role is very versatile. Some days the Job Expeditor can find themselves in the field assisting a subcontracting crew with production, although rare. The other summer internship is a Sales Canvasser. Sales Canvassers knock door to door and flyer communities to develop leads.
In following up with leads - Canvassers call, text, and email homeowners asking if they have filed an insurance claim or have made any progress regarding their exterior renovation project. They will handle the customers' initial conversations. Canvassers are also trained to do initial hail damage inspections on the property.

Evergreen did an excellent job with my roof replacement. They showed up when they said they would, completed the job, including the cleanup, on schedule, and helped me with the insurance. They also did a follow up to be sure I was pleased with all aspects of their work. I would use them in the future for anything that they do that I am in need of.

Our project manager, Aaron Bible, was knowledgeable, professional and communicated throughout the process so that we'd understand what to expect in every phase of the job. He listened and showed concern that we got exactly the new roof we wanted.
The crew that did tear off and replacement of our roof was prompt, professional, and so good, that they finished the job sooner than expected, and did a great job cleaning up. A 2nd clean up person was also sent the next day to ensure nothing was missed.

Evergreen Construction Company was very responsive from start to finish. I was kept informed via phone calls, texts, and emails. Despite the challenge of the material shortage, the roof was installed in a two-week window. They were on-time and proficient. The follow-up has also been impressive, to include coming back to the house and doing a loop through the yard with magnets to find nails and scrap. I'm very happy with my new roof!

Joe and the Evergreen Construction team have worked diligently on our siding project after damage from a bad hail storm. They worked directly with our insurance, providing all the necessary documentation needed to successfully get our home repaired to even better than it was before. Just wanted to share with everyone our appreciation to Evergreen Construction on a job well done. We had a hail storm hit our house roof in June. We contacted Evergreen to possibly giving us an estimate to put new shingles on our house. Joe came out promptly and helped us work through the process. Within a couple of weeks the shingles were delivered. The old removed and new put on - all in one long day. The workmen were efficient and courteous. We are very pleased with their work and highly recommend Evergreen Construction!

Evergreen Construction and its entire team are fantastic! On August 2020 we had a golf-size hail storm causing damage to our roof and siding. We knew we were in great hands nfrom the beginning. Antti was there the next morning checking on us. He inspected the roof to confirm the damage and noticed also that the hail had damaged the siding. He was there with us all the way from the first moments, helping through the insurance claim process, selection of materials, repairs and final touch-ups to make sure no detail was overlooked. Evergreen is AWESOME! Our house had damage from a major hail storm, and we had to replace our siding, roof and garage doors. In the short amount of time we have worked with Evergreen, Joe and his team have been easy to communicate with and have a strong emphasis on customer service. We have worked directly with Joe, Antti and Adam and all have been very responsive and willing to take time with us as needed. Evergreen finished our siding in just under 2 days (removal of old / replacement with new) and it looks GREAT! I would defiantly recommend Evergreen to anyone needing general contracting work
