I have a Home Warranty on our condo in Destin. I read in a review they stick with you until the issue is resolved. That is far from the case! I called the Warranty company because I was told that I had to use whomever they contract with. CEF (Climate Engineers of FL was the company they set me up with. Our Ac has been down 4 days and we need to get it going since we have renters coming in Saturday. So the guy shows up a day early which excited me, I had spoken to him earlier to explain what was going on prior to him coming out. He shows up and takes it all apart and tells me everything I already

I live in Atlanta but have a condo in Fort Walton Beach, I got a call that my condo was 86 degrees inside with an hour or so before my renter was going to show up. I have a warranty contract on my condo so they called in Climate Engineers and a guy named Kevin understood the situation with a renter showing up soon on a Friday afternoon, so he drive 40 minutes to get to my condo and quickly diagnosed the problem and got it cooling the condo quickly to save my renter!! Additionally, he gave me some good advice on my 25 year old AC unit and educated me on modern AC units, so I was so impressed with

Great Service! They responded within 24 hrs to provide an estimate to install a mini-split ac/heat unit and we scheduled them immediately. They were the third estimate we had and by far the best price and did not try to up-sell additional work that the others did. Highly recommend them for your heating/cooling needs! Extremely Professional!

Our experience was phenomenal with this company! Kevin came out on Saturday and ran several options with us. Basically we needed a new unit but he was willming to give us options to help eliminate a huge bill. We decided a new unit was best for long term use. He was able to install our new unit just two days after our service call. He was quick and thorough. He gave us tips for longevity of the unit and was very informative. He didn’t leave a mess when he left and he was very polite. Wish I had more business cards to refer this wonderful company!

I recently purchased my house & my AC went out. Climate Engineers of FL is who installed the unit originally so I contacted them. They were quick to respond & did everything they could to fix it as soon as possible. Great customer service too! Will use them in the future & would recommend to others!

I found these folks on Home Advisor while trying to coordinate the long-distance repair of my condo AC in Ft. Walton Beach from West Palm Beach. The reviews were so impressive I gave them a chance...and glad I did. JD and Kevin called me immediately and coordinated my service appointment.
