We had adam come out to service our A/C from southern comfort..the company came the very next morning on time and did the work in 15 minutes..our air is running cold and because of adam and his sharing about installing a new unit we have decided to finance our new A/C and furnace thru southern..very pleased with service..use them its worth it

I own a rental property in Fort Walton Beach and live in VA. My property manager quoted an exorbitant price to replace my aged system. I found Jim through a referral and was comforted to find his 5 star reviews. The system shut down the 1st of July and Jim was there to replace it on July 3rd. He came in $1500 under what I was being quoted by my property manager. I had damage incurred to the unit less than 3 months after it was installed. Jim came out immediately and covered the parts and labor under warranty. His service after the sale is impeccable.

A friend recommended him to me when I first moved here and my A/C stopped working. He was able to come and repair the same day. I’ve called him a few times since for yearly service and he’s always been fair and honest and has never tried to talk me into anything I didn’t actually need just to make a sale.

I have been using Southern Comfort AC (Jim) for over 10 years now! Service does not get any better than my experiences with Jim. My first encounter years ago, my AC went out. Jim came out and spent several hours checking out the whole system and diagnosing the problem to a minor part. Instead of just telling me that I needed a whole new system, he made the repair and the AC system lasted for several more years (maybe 7 to 8). In the middle of that time, we closed in our 600 sq. ft. garage for a father-in-law suite. Jim came out, talked me though all the pros and cons of the different options

Jim is honest & very knowledgeable about a/c systems service and repair. His prices are very reasonable. For the past 16 years he has been servicing our AC system on our old house & our new house as well. 2 years in our new home A/C system had a problem Jim diagnosed the problem and made sure that the part was paid for under factory warranty, and got it fixed fast. We won't call anyone else. He is the best around.

I was told by my other AC company that my system was done and needed to be replaced after just last year they told me I still had like 3 years of life in it. I asked a trusted source which AC system was going to be best and he said Rheem. After searching Rheem, Southern Comfort came up and Jim became a new trusted resource for me. Jim came out to my home same day and worked for hours to diagnose what was going on. He said my system was ok and did not need replacing right now that it seemed the thermostat was causing the problem. He replaced the thermostat for a very reasonable price and weeks
