We used All American for a whole house mold remediation. All American passed post remediation testing. They are not the cheapest, but their work is the most elaborate. When you take that into consideration their pricing is very fair. You may have to wait to get on their schedule, but they know how to make a home safe for mold sensitive people and do a wonderful job. I found Michael after previously speaking to a number of mold professionals, and he inspired more confidence than any of them. Many professionals sound confident and knowledgeable to the average consumer who doesn't know that much about the industry, but their advice didn't always match up with my research from trusted sources such as peer-reviewed articles. Michael's advice DID match up. He has a lot of experience and it's clear that he wants to help people with their situation. If you need remediation, All American is the only one to use. They are quick to respond, sensitive to situations and diligent with their work (they follow strict protocols, which is wonderful and essential for anyone with health issues). Earlier this year All American came to our rescue and preformed a massive 3 week remediation on our home. They delivered stunning results. During the build back process on the home after it was restored, we encountered a small hiccup that once again caused an unsafe air quality situation. Bar none, the top mold remediation outfit I have encountered.
We had a water leak several years ago and used a .... lets just cal them a chain of mold remediation "experts." They were in and out in less than a day and on the surface everything seemed good.
Nothing changed for us health wise. Still smelt damp still felt malaise.
We reached out to a mold inspector who found off the chart mold still in our home. They recommended All American, as did a few other people we had asked. These guys were professional, dilligent, thoughtful and explained the entire process. I cannot use enough positives
