I wish there were stars with a negative connotation here indicating the level of incompetence and complete disregard for the customers' time which Above & Beyond (I now appreciate the irony of the company's name) represents! I was waiting for my appointment for 3+ weeks. Hired them for my fireplace chimney cleaning and the dryer vent cleaning. They arrived a few hours later than scheduled and walk in with - I kid you not! - a leaf blower which they were going to use for the dryer vent instead of a brush with a flexible shaft which what everyone else is using and which is the only

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. My husband and I are now snow birds and are away in Florida for the winter. We came home to find that we had a broken pipe in the basement and our basement had gotten flooded at some point. Needless to say I was devastated. I went on line seen Above and Beyond. I called and explained my problem that there was mold all over our basement. They were super friendly and professional. They sent an inspector to my house the next morning. I would never use this company again and you shouldn't either. The two inspectors, Carl and Chris, fed me a lot of talk. They both walked in looking to make you spend your money. I had asked them to come in to test work by a remediation company. Instead, they walked in telling me the job was not complete, walking around my house, telling me how the job should have been done and then offering to estimate how much it would be to complete the job. They took the Air Samples I needed but they never took a Control Sample (which I realized when my remediator discussed this with me) and they

If I could give zero stars, that would be my rating. I wish I had seen the other reviews on yelp. They rarely get there when they say they will. Several times had to call a couple of hours after they were expected only to find out they would not be there.
We called them for mold remediation. We were told that (and charged for) certain areas had to be closed off. Their idea of closing off a room to prevent spread was to close the door. Charging high prices for cleaning items in a room that took them a total of 20 minutes. Charged for use of equipment that was never used.

No stars for these guys. Took our money did half the job and mold came back within the the time frame they guaranteed. Took 4,500 dollars from us and even left their garbage in the backyard. Their guys guys Chris and Luke are terrible. It was our fault to pay in full but they give a bad name to contractors. I also have my estimates to prove it. Don't use these guys!!!!! There are others around!!!! No wonder why there are no reviews on their page. Apparently I have to give one star, wish I didn't have to. Above and beyond where is my money?

Stay far away from this company! They only have an A rating on the Better Business Bureau website because the "File a Complaint" link has not been working on their company's page. I just got off the phone with the IT to get it fixed. I've had a horrible experience with this company. I hired them to do mold remediation in my crawl space prior to settlement on our home. They said they finished the job and gave me a certification for the work. Thank goodness I had my brother-in-law check up on the house (we don't live at the residence) because the job was NOT finished. Settlement

I called to make an appointment and asked the price of having a mold test done. The representative said "$175," I decided that was a good price and booked them for the next day. When they came out they decided they needed to do three tests and handed me a bill for $500. No one seemed to care that it was $175 a test nor did they ask if I wanted to pay for 3 tests. I figured it was my mistake for not being specific and wrote the check. They told me I would receive a call in three days and an email with the results a few days afterwards. 10 days goes by with
