NJ-Mold adheres to New York City, the EPA & CRCS520 guidelines as the basis for remediation, planning, and implementation. We remove all compromised materials from the premises. Whenever feasible we use green-clean products during the mold remediation process. NJ-Mold will conduct Post Tests in the treated area to ensure that mold levels are no longer elevated and it is safe.

We recently sold our home which needed to be tested for mold and we had a very short time frame to do so. Dan was able to work within our time frame to not only test for mold but treat our attic as well and complete the job prior to our closing date. Excellent service. I had requested NJ Mold to test the air quality in my home. While the air quality came back at slightly elevated mold levels, Mr. Harkins was able to spot a small sample of black mold. The mold was in a very remote part of the basement. I was more than lucky to have had such a thorough crew perform the inspection and remediate my home before any severe damage had taken place.
