I do not recommend Pure Service Pro. I had a french drain installed in my crawl space and ended up with additional issues on my front lawn where he set up for the water to be discharged from the sump pump. When I informed Andre about it, he attempted to sell me more services to correct it. I recommend going with another water proofing company and look at what he provides for warranty in the contract very carefully.

We got some water in the crawl space after a heavy and lengthy rain in October. Andre came one night, took a look, explained everything clearly, and helped with a zero interest financing. Everything was done digitally and thus very efficient. The work was done professionally and quickly. A crew of 4 came on the job day and worked tirelessly for a whole day. They had a system to show the progress throughout the day and we knew what exactly were done. I could see all the finished work in photos too, so I didn’t have to crawl in. They finished a few minor things the next day and everything was cleaned

After hurricane Ida it was impossible to get a call back from many water mitigation companies. Pure Service Pro responded within an hour and made arrangements to help us that night. They were extremely professional! The crew that arrived was amazing!! Although they had worked a full day, they went through the night to make sure that our job was done and done well. We had a french drain installed in our basement approximately one year ago. We had discovered some mold in our basement, but because the basement is partially finished we were unable to determine the extent of the mold problem without removing the walls. The cost of having the french drain installed (and restoring the basement) was significant, but we decided to proceed with the project because it seemed like the right thing to do. This is a highly unethical company that should be avoided at all costs; do not be swayed by dozens of fake reviews on other sites. I have spent several hours trying to fix a botched interior french drain installation Pure Service Pro performed for a friend of mine. My friend had water infiltration issues through a concrete block wall in their basement and Pure Service Pro bait and switched them. They also lied claiming an interior french drain would resolve the water infiltration issue (whereas an exterior french drain and foundation sealing was the appropriate solution).

We had terribly leaking from groundwater in our basement and had two sum pumps that worked terribly and were put in badly. Pro service pro gave a great and thorough proposal for the job and worked with us on price. They installed a French drain on the three walls we had issues with and redid the concrete afterwards. I would not recommend this company to anyone! It is the worst experience that I have ever had. The whole process was frustrating and I suffered a big financial loss. I just cannot believe that they could easily take back what they promised to their customers and even threaten to sue me after I told them that I would share my experiences online! I do see some good reviews about them, but I just simply cannot relate any of those to my experience.

Pure Service Pro is a 1 stop shop for Mold Testing, Remediation and Repairs all in 1 company! I could not say enough nice things about this company. They are VERY HONEST and forthcoming! They set up appointments very quickly and get results the next day! I was under contract to buy a foreclosed home that has sat empty for 3 years. I was very worried about mold.
