This review has been a long time coming, but I had to let people know about this fantastic company. To preface, I am a single mother who just moved into a house that had not been maintained. A few weeks ago, after a few days straight of heavy rains, my ceiling began leaking water literally like a faucet! I needed to get my roof replaced and repaired, and quickly! I got a few quotes from different roofing companies, but Ben stood out because he took the time to explain and show me the extent of the damage on my roof. We installed our roof in June 2021. Was at the peak of cost of wood and had a big reroofing project. Dylan got me a great deal. Very responsive during and after project. We had a minor leak from the recent big rain and his team responded immediately and patched it up. I'm all about supporting local businesses and they go above and beyond!

We very pleased with the responsiveness and quality of the work - especially since we were experiencing a roofing emergency during a rain storm. The team worked fast - and when we needed to take a break for more rain a crew was out within 12 hours tarping the roof temporarily.

We have had a roof leak and found Lawsons Roofing on Yelp! After reading all the positive review, I contacted them through Yelp. Ben came out to check out out the roof, and I'm so glad he did! Ben is a really great guy!! He said I didn't need a new roof, just only patching the section that was causing the problem. I appreciated Ben's honesty and just his overall good nature. After a leak developed in our master bedroom during the recent rainstorm, I reached out to Lawson Roofing. Omid contacted me, and performed a quick roof inspection.

After discussing my options and time frames, I decided to do a full roof replacement. Omid went through his recommendations for shingle materials (Timberline HDZ) and quoted me a very fair price.

The work started the next week, and completed in 3 days. I am very happy with the result.

These guys replaced our roof recently, right before the rain thankfully! They were so fast and did such an incredible job. The inspector from the city was impressed. Good value and friendly and professional workers. Highly recommend

William was extremely pleasant to speak to and was very informative. He gave me his honest assessment and took his time to explain my options, even with a temporary fix. I was impressed on his initiative and high level of service.

Spoke with "Heidi" on the phone and set up an appointment for an estimate on Friday at 2pm. Got an email that said they require a 2 hour window to arrive at the appointment. Seems excessive but I waited. No one ever showed or or called. Not thrilled about wasting two hours for nothing.

No David, that's inaccurate. I never spoke with any technician. I'm sorry if you believe there was a miscommunication, but I wouldn't have waited two hours if I had.

These guys were great. We went through an extensive process of bidding out our roof, attic insulation, and gutter replacement work to several pros.

Dylan came out to our house and spent lots of time with us discussing the ins and outs of the project. He was very thorough, and their estimate was very reasonable. As promised, they were neither the cheapest nor the most expensive. They didn't try to sneak in unnecessary things, and they were willing to work with us.

Lawsons Roofing is a great company to deal with. Dylan and his team were on time, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Dylan's team made sure to clean up everyday when they left my house. My in-laws needed to repair their clay tile roof, and no other company could offer us a repair. Everyone tried to upsell us on a replacement, saying it was impossible to fix the current roof, that the tiles were discontinued, and that any attempt to repair it would cause more damage.

Competitively priced and quick to respond, Lawson's team did an amazing job despite the challenges of having a discontinued tile and a very steeply pitched roof. 10 out of 10 I would recommend them, and will use them in the future for any roofing needs!

Dylan was super helpful, personable and one of the only companies to not give me a hard sales pitch. He was clearly excited about the company and stood behind their work and is proud of the work they do. I immediately felt comfortable with him and trusted the info he was giving us. He also gave us a way better deal than any of the other 5 companies we had out to give us quotes.

Just go my roof done with Lawsons. They gave me a great all-in quote when a lot of other places would give me a price and say that wood replacement is extra which made it hard to budget. Dylan was really nice and easy to talk to and Heidi was always helpful on the phone. The guys worked fast and if you're lucky to get Ignacio your roof will be done in no time. Best of all, you get a 10 year worksmanship warranty with Lawsons where as most places I talked to only gave 5 years.

Lawsons recently completed a full reroof for me - the work was done well and quickly. Pricing was competitive with other roofers around the area.

Lawson's roofing was excellent from start to finish. Dylan was on time and courteous. He came by to do an estimate to take care of the roof. The estimate was not the cheapest but fairly priced. The quality was second to none. I'm not looking for the cheapest because those normally may not have the best quality.

Lawson's roofing did exactly what they promised. They took care of my roof, used quality materials and came back and made sure my roof was ready to take on the weather. A warranty was also given in writing.

I had multiple leaks so I contacted Lawsons and Dylan came over he did a full inspection on the roof. He did our roof replacement and before we got started he was very thorough with start to finish.
