Jason is extremely professional and helpful. I have been looking to purchase some vacant land to build a home and I asked Big Bore Drilling if they'd meet me at the property for a site evaluation. I was worried about the space available for a home, RV garage, water well and septic system. Jason not only met me and offered his opinion, but he agreed to go back the following day after the seller's realtor had a suggestion to overcome the space issue. He called me from the property and let me know that what we were trying to accomplish was either not feasible or would cost significantly

Called Big Bore Drilling on Tuesday at about noon time with request to schedule a pump truck to pump out septic tank. Was told they could be at our home on Wednesday morning. 8:00am, the truck and 2 technicians showed up...RIGHT ON TIME! Robert & John were very friendly and worked efficiently, completing the task in about 30 minutes. I thought the price was very reasonable. BBD pumped my tank in 2010 and the same gentleman was here to do it again. I will call Big Bore Drilling every time I need their assistance. Fast, efficient, friendly and reasonably priced. What more can one ask
