Owner answer the phone on a holiday weekend and explained thing to do until their repairman could come on Tuesday. Repair man arrived early. He found the septic cover quickly and worked to ensure the system and clogged lines were clear. Appreciate their timeliness, skill and professionalism. Thank you!

My septic got blocked and backed up Friday night. Sierra Pumping opened at 8:00 am Saturday morning. I called at 8:01 and the service fellow arrived within an hour. There were severe complications getting the septic tank opened as the cover had been installed incorrectly and Sandy dirt had blocked part of the tank as well as the plumbing going into the tank. It took hours of work and patience to get the tank opened and pumped. Then he went to work on the plumbing blockage. This wasn't his responsibility to fix but he stayed and even after hours of extra work was able to release the blockage

If you want to be overcharged, call Sierra Pumping. I don't know of any company, no matter what the business is (well, maybe a lawyer) who charges $400/hour to uncover a septic tank cover. We know EXACTLY where our septic lid is. It took him less than 10 minutes to uncover it. I was charged $100 for that effort. No thanks. Never again. Furthermore, the guy complimented us on doing "regular maintenance, and not waiting for a problem to occur." This is a reward for our diligence?

What an amazing team. Was able to make an appointment for the next day. Owner operated companies such as Sierra pumping is what your wanting. Owner was very friendly over the phone, he answered all my questions as well as educated me with process. He also. Conveyed that there are no hidden fees, and there sure wasn’t. The driver showed up 10 min. Early with a positive and very friendly attitude. He too educated me during the process, he was very knowledgeable and thorough with the job, he was also very careful not to allow dirt not to fall in tank when removing and reinstalling the lid.

I have 3 septic systems. Recently, one needed a pumping. The owner of Sierra was very sensitive to meeting my scheduling needs. Doug came out, completely pumped the system. In addition, he taught me about pumping and how often to pump. Sierra has the bigger size truck. And, he showed me where the cover was for the compartment that takes the solids. (I had spent considerable time trying to find this. Now it is marked!) I have used Sierra Pumping Services several times now. And, I thought it was time to say how wonderful their service is.
