Had someone from the company come out last May to look at water coming in our basement from a leak/seal somewhere above the area. Person determined (by eyeballing it - no official test of any kind done) that it was probably coming in from an area above it. Upon taking his “professional” word of his assessment, I had a technician come back a few weeks later who also agreed (never suggested any other alternative ways/reasons where else water might be getting in from) and do some flashing/sealing work around the exterior molding and frame of door. Job appeared complete from outside. Paid over
