Home or business is conveniently treated on a monthly basis. We use the best chemicals on the market that are available to us. The chemicals we apply are low odor and highly effective chemicals with great residual activity. We spray the baseboards (crack and crevice treatment) to create a treatment for insects inside, and do an exterior base treatment, except when moisture is present.
Needs to be performed at least twice a year. This is a great prevention program that protects the exterior and ornamentals around your home or business from insects. My only issue is you never know when they arrive or leave. I ask for a call when coming but none, Never ring the doorbell to say we are here to do your lawn, any questions? But no they didn't ring the doorbell. It may seem petty but we like to know the people who do the work and point out our problem issues. Today I called to ask about spot treatment, was told they woud come check it out today or tomorrow. They showed up at 12: 06 and was gone by 12:17.
