We used them for inspection of our new house, it passed, we plan on using them for pest control.

Paid them $500 to do a termite and home inspection before purchasing our home. They said it was fine, never had termites. So, we purchased our home only to find out later that it, at one time, had termites and had termite damage. 2 exterior ways and a low bearing wall. We called them and got no where with them. We did not have active terminates so damage was done before the inspection. The 2nd company said Yates should have seen that the house at one time had termites.
