Never return phone messages, very hard to get a reply, this company acts like they do not care and do not need the work. Might be better to avoid using this plumbing company and shop around. Very poor customer service, no follow through...... . You have been warned folks.

I had a blocked sewer line and I live in an older house, which means that a lot of the modern updates most houses have were not available to me. Because of this, I got turned down or ignored by three corporate-owned plumbing services who either said, "You're out of our coverage zone" or "Your property is not covered by our company's insurance mandates." So going further down the list I called the Meza plumbing team, who are a family-owned operation of super-nice guys. They took care of my problem easily and offered a reasonable price to get my sewage system updated

Diego answered my phone call and provided a great quote! Fast response and great customer service. My mom had another plumbing company at her house trying to charge a ridiculous price for a simple job! I am always looking on yelp for good reviews for places to eat. However I never thought about it for repairs on my home until our upstairs bathroom sprung a leak and came down through my kitchen cabinets.
Called Meza plumbing based on there rating, and I have to say I am impressed and happy with the work done. Ivan was able to come over, diagnose the problem and have us up and running in a matter of hours. This company is extremely honest, fair and efficient not to mention reasonably priced. I picked Meza plumbing because they were local to my home and I saw they had good reviews, but they actually do not provide good customer service. (I could have gone with any company on Yelp. Cheaper too. ) I called the previous day before to ask for help with clogged toilet and set an appointment time for anywhere between 8am to 9am. They told me thst would be fine. So by 8am the next day I get no call. At 9am no call or show. A few minutes after 9am do I get text from Ivan that he will be late. WELL no duh! So he arrived at 9:40am did a quick auger of my toilet and still charged me $125.00 not

My tenant accidentally broke the front water line that feeds the back irrigation. I called Meza Plumbing around 1:50PM and Ivan was at my property no later than 2:45PM. He was a professional, provided excellent customer service, and above all got the job done in a timely manner. Repairs were done in less than an hour and the pricing is fair. This business is made up of a father and sons team. I highly recommend their services. They are punctual, efficient, and have reasonable prices. My family has contacted them with most if not every of our plumbing emergencies. Most recently we had a leak from our kitchen water faucet. Ivan helped us that same day we contacted them. He fixed the leak and installed a new water faucet. He explained step by step what the procedures were and was extremely helpful.

Another great company saved us in a hot water heater leak!
Sunday morning we woke up to a huge puddle in our garage coming from our hot water heater. Normally we call our plumber Bob D'Agostino, but this time Bob had prior engagements (understandably on a Sunday). We were referred to Meza Plumbing. Meza Plumbing came out same day and had a new top of line hot water heater installed
