Ethan, was great. We needed to replace two shower faucets because they were old and leaked a bit. Ethan provided exceptional work in replacing the both faucets. He also fixed a toilet which was Installed incorrectly and the smell was escaping from underneath. The prices were very reasonable and fair.

As a small business owner, reliability and being punctual is a rare but precious quality that we seek in vendors and technicians. Needless to say, this year was extremely difficult for small business owners. So when LA County finally allowed our operations to resume we had very short turnaround time. This is when we discovered that our Boiler wasn't functioning properly. I called multiple vendors and specialists, but decided to go with Jason from A O Dowd Plumbing because of the way he went about asking me what the issue and problems I was experiencing in trying to diagnose the situation

We had our water heater replaced a couple of months ago. The worker that completed the job was friendly and courteous. The only thing that kept me from giving a five star review was that the worker left and forgot to turn on the water heater and test it, although the final invoice stated that it was one of the services provided. Other than that, good service!

This is the worst plumbing company I ever did business with. After paying them close to 4,000.00 on a men's urinal sensor that ended up going bad, they wouldn't take our calls and kept sending us new employees cause the old ones quit, I guess they treat there employees the way they treat there customers. If you don't want to be treated like they really don't care about your business do not use them

This business is more than amazing ! I called and was able to get an apt right away which was great because no one wants to have a leak and bigger bill. They were awesome. Punctual and reliable. Explained the process and what they were doing step by step. I trust them 100%. Always have the home owner's best interest at heart. They are my go to company !! I had an emergency with my main line stopped up. I called AO Dowd plumbing. Hector was dispatched to my home in less than an hour and he immediately got on the problem. Hector was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He fixed my problem in no time.
I have used AO Dowd plumbing in the past. What I love about this company is #1 they are an honest, that is very hard to find these days. #2 they know what they're doing. I'm thankful for plumbing you can trust and depend on.

Can't say enough about Dowd Plumbing and it's owner Jason. One word comes to mind INTEGRITY. I had to fire my previous plumber because of work ethics I was referred to Dowd Plumbing. They came out the next day, got me a quote and performed installing a tankless water heater as promised even working until 8 pm to have completed for my final inspection for my elderly parents granny flat. It was no easy feat! Josh and his assistant were professional, polite and cleaned up. Highly highly recommend this company and I will use for my plumbing needs

While looking for a local plumber I came across A O Dowd Plumbing as well as others. And prior to selecting A O Dowd Plumbing I price shopped.
Not only was the pricing fantastic, but the service was impeccable. I had the faucets upstairs and downstairs upgraded (I supplied the faucets), and the technician Jason installed them. Jason also re-did the plumbing in my backyard (garage restroom)
