Services
AP+I Design is a full-service architectural, planning, interior and environmental graphic design firm, founded in 1993 by Carol L. Sandman. A certified woman-owned business enterprise, AP+I is responsive, client-focused and provides high quality design services to its clients in the corporate and commercial sector.
We're passionate about doing the right thing-for our clients and for ourselves. That means doing great design work that is on time, on budget and brings the client's vision, brand and culture to life in a holistic way. Internally, we are a supportive family that works together to get the job done (and has fun doing it!).
Diversity and inclusion in the Interior Design profession has been sorely lacking since its existence. Given the circumstances of society today, where communities are rising up to fight for equity and change, we feel we must do the same. As creatives, we value different perspectives and backgrounds, as a catalyst for innovative design and see the impact of design for all communities when our teams are made up of people from diverse communities.

I love AP+I Design! I worked closely with Michele on a project for my office. She is an absolute delight! We clicked right away and she came up with a really great vision for our space. Unfortunately this project has been put on hold indefinitely due to our company's growth, but I'm certain we'll loop Michele back in once our new location is decided upon. An absolute pleasure to work with anyone there, I swear. If you get the chance to see their office it's gorgeous and so well thought out!
