Services
Define scope of work - survey and document existing conditions, itemize needs and requirements, estimate cost. Schematic design - provide first design idea, basic drawings, 3-D model presentations. We meet with client to get their input and revise the design until it meets client's needs as well as respects the limitations.

I contacted this firm for a Kitchen and Bathroom remodel that is 8 months out Summer 2016). We wanted to interview them and see if we'll be a good fit.
I received a very delayed, poorly typed email (with many typos for a 3 line email) with a very vague response. The owner said he'll get me a proposal to come out to measure our property - before he even sat down to meet with us to understand what our needs were - I agreed anyway. Of course - that proposal never came and he never followed with times to schedule the appt to measure our property. We never even met. I have such a low impression

In the course of a re-roofing project at our Menlo Park home, dry rot was found within the arches of our porch. As this was a sub-roof line issue, the roofing company was not equipped to handle the project and we had to find a competent contractor who we trusted to work on our home, a pre-war Spanish Mission style bungalow. About two months ago, my apartment was flooded due to a broken water line in the unit two floors above mine. After the insurance company sent out the emergency restoration crew, I was left with an apartment that was torn apart and full of water damaged finishes.
After being referred to RED Company's Josh Moore, we met and quickly came to agreeable terms for him to handle the repair work that needed to be done. From that point forward he handled most all of the communication with the insurance company, my HOA, and building management.
