President and founder Michael Mastous started Delta Restoration Services nearly a decade ago. Michael spent the early part of his career serving at a director level for two service franchises, one of which being National, the other, International. After this, Michael moved into the insurance space, as a large loss adjuster.

Delta's mitigation business is excellent and does great work--please note that this review does not apply to them.
Their construction division caused a 2.5 month delay in the reconstruction of my home. I have saved text messages, e-mails and recorded phone and in person conversations as proof.
They'll give you a lot of promises once the mitigation work is done, but their construction division just isn't capable of running a project in a timely manner and they will cause you a considerable set back financially if you're living on insurance ALE. I recommend you go with a reputable general contractor

Delta and USAA together have caused us more problems than they fixed following a water incident. As a local business owner, I want to support others like me...this has been roundly tossed back in our face in this case, without empathy, transparency, communication, or concern.
1. We paid Delta a $6400 deductible directly to get water mitigation underway, and mitigation went okay (Day 1-2 after water)
2. Delta secured contractors to do the repairs, and provide a insurance estimate (Day 45-60)
3. Delta told us to "take the deal private" with their contractors
4. Delta's contractors cancelled on

We had a leak in our kitchen from the master bath. They arrived promptly (even early) and got to work to get our ceiling and floor dried. We had no issues with their service or people.
We did have another issue stem from our original service. Delta Disasters owned the issue and took care of us. Things happen. To me, it is all about how the company handles the issue once it happens. Delta stood by their word and took care of us. You don't often get that from a company.
Bobby was great managing the project. A shout out to Beth, Phillip and Trevor for doing a great job moving our furniture back

Delta's customer service was exceptional. Ashley was very detailed with my repair schedule and made sure that I understood who was coming into my home and what part of the repairs they were completing. They were on time for each appt. I felt comfortable with all of their employees and subcontractors that completed the repairs to my home. The workmanship was impeccable and I will definitely refer Delta to anyone that has a disaster in their home. 😊

We experienced water damage to much of our home following a plumbing failure. Delta Disaster came to the quick rescue, completing the drying-out process in a timely way and restoring what had been damaged. The finished product was great! The process getting there was, for the most part, okay, especially during the rebuild efforts. The subs used did good work, but seemed to have little respect for our home. And, while communication was good overall, followup on what was said was lacking at times. We'd certainly recommend Delta Disaster Services of Denver to anyone who has an immediate issue.

We referred to Delta Disaster Services by our insurance agent. We were skeptical because we had a water heater fail several years ago and did not have a good experience with the restoration company we previously used (previous company was not Delta). Our recent issued happened on a Sunday morning. Delta Disaster Services was prompt when it came to water mitigation services at my home, including mold prevention. The restoration work turned out excellent, although a little slow to start due to the insurance claim but they worked it out in the end and continually made sure I was satisfied with the quality of their work, which included carpet replacement, replacing dry wall, and matching paint. Overall I was extremely satisfied and would recommend them to anyone experiencing sudden water damage.

We have had Delta Disaster services come out to our house on two occasions over the past few years. They are efficient, effective and very professional. During our last issue we had another company come in at first, selected by our insurance company, and they were awful. We then requested Delta to finish the work and it was smooth and well done. We would recommend to anyone.

From the day the Delta team arrived after our water leak to the day everything was renovated and finished we felt very comfortable with the staff and their courtesy and professionalism. Everyone was very experienced and friendly and a pleasure to work with and they engaged seamlessly with our insurance company. It was also great that they can handle everything in house from the water mitigation to the dry wall, flooring, cabinetry, you name it! We are very happy with how everything turned out and would highly recommend Delta to anyone in need of their services.
