We engaged with Home Shield Environmental to perform a water well inspection for the house we were buying.
Mike Keily is extremely professional and was great to work with. Mike communicated with us throughout the process providing updates before official report was ready. The scheduling was easy, and the inspection was pushed up to accommodate the deadline on our purchase contract. He went above and beyond and communicated with the company that installed the water pump to make sure we have all of the information necessary to feel comfortable about report results.

We reached out to Mike Keily at Home Shield Environmental to do an EMF inspection on a property we were buying. He was responsive and flexible in getting us scheduled right away. When he was finished with the inspection he walked us around the property, answered all of our questions, and even walked to a nearby park to get an EMF reading there so we could be sure the park was a safe place for us to go with our little one! Above and beyond. For the EMF inspection, he came out at the same time as our home inspection, and by chance the home inspector found a bit of mold in the attic. We asked Mike

Mike at Home Shield Environmental is the only person I use for home inspection services for so many reasons. He was professional, knowledgable, quick to respond, on-time, and affordable. I got an infrared inspection and he thoroughly explained what he was looking for, showed me the results of his inspection in-person, and provided a thorough report with pictures very quickly. I got all the information I needed and it was an absolute pleasure working with this company. Highly recommend!
