We waited 6 months for this sink. When we finally received it, we couldn't inspect it (and didn't sign). Turns out they sent us a black sink instead of the marble we ordered. By the time I noticed, our plumber was halfway through installing it and it was too late. They refused to give us any discount or really do anything to rectify the situation (or at least give us back the price difference between the marble and cheaper limestone that we received).
