I have learned to not trust five star reviews on Yelp because many of them are planted by friends of the business. Unfortunately, my experience has been similar to the other negative reviews of Kitchen Works. I do not recommend getting cabinets from Kitchen Works because of poor customer service, especially their failure to resolve major design errors. Do not get fooled by the fancy showroom and their West Hollywood address.
The cabinets look nice in the showroom but they are not built to last. The Leicht cabinets are made of particle board and after two years, the shelves have started to sag

I had an excellent experience working with Kitchen works from start to finish and have recommended them to my close friends already. I started working originally with Shelley when I first came into the showroom, she was attentive to my needs, had great suggestions and worked with me at every step of the process to create a kitchen that would be both practical and beautiful.
Their communication is top notch both in regards to email/phone and creation of renderings. The owner of this location is incredibly hands on and you get the feeling that the entire team works with you and that anyone is available

Kitchen Works LA is a great kitchen company! The designers there are very talented, organized and patient, I have worked with them for many projects, every kitchen looks amazing! Also the lead time is always on time, which is very important for construction... so many materials to choose from and pricing is easy to fit in a client budget. Highly recommended!

It doesn't seem that helpful to anyone to leave bad reviews, but at this point I feel like I would just like to be heard because I am disappointed with the product and customer service. Perhaps this is because my kitchen is not that big and I didn't spend as much money as their other customers.
Communication was not great with scheduling when/how cabinets would be installed. Initially I was asked if I could cancel my vacation plans in order for the cabinets to be installed at a time that was good for them.
Seems best to use Kitchen Works if you are working with an interior designer

We had a hard time making decisions and Shelley helped us through the tedious process. She's very creative and talented, almost provided us with every possible designs she can think of. She's honest and extremely patient. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for good quality, reasonable price cabinets.
