We have been using them for over 20 years for total roof installation, repair and service when a leak occurred. In every case they have been prompt, professional and detailed without promoting extra's like others. The work is completed on time and the space is clean and proper. I would recommend them without reservation.

I have used Quality Tops Roofing on 3 occasions over the last 8 years to perform roofing inspections and repairs. I have always found them to be prompt, professional and honest. The inspectors have accurately identified my roofing problems and the crews have correctly fixed the issues on each occasion. Quality tops roofing is the best. They worked with my insurance and got everything I needed done. After they came out and finished my roof, my neighbors even commented on the crews cleanliness and how efficient they were compared to the people my neighbors used. Quality Tops Roofing exemplifies their leading name "Quality". As an architect I am pretty picky of who I want to work on my properties. After my review of local contractors and choosing them to do a full roof replacement of my rental house they were very professional and worked with my insurance carrier that made the whole process quick and simple.

These guys were professional and respectful of my property. Bruce came out and looked at my roof and followed up when he said he would with an estimate. He took time to answer all my questions and concerns. The repair crew was prompt, courteous and like roofing ninjas- they didn’t leave any trace! I first used Quality Tops Roofing over 10 years ago when I had the roof replaced on my home, garage, and patio. The installation was not without missteps, but Bruce's dedication to get it right and make sure I was 100% satisfied is not only why I have referred them to every single person who asks for a roofer recommendation but also why I have had them come inspect my roof after big storms and had them repair my garage when a neighbor's tree fell on it. You won't find a more fair, honest, and respectful roofing company in DFW.

I wanted to write this review because of the EXCELLENT service and response I received from Quality Tops Roofing. I worked with Bruce who was their field Representative Supervisor. He was an Fantastic easy going gentlemen who, after explaining my predicament to him, was able to provide a concise solution and was able to explain it to both my wife and i making a complex situation an easy remedy to repair. I found this firm in the shepherds guide about 20 years ago. Since then I have used them several times on my own home and rentals that I have. I have also referred them to clients in the area.

Bruce came out for a roof inspection back in 2014. He installed the roof in 2014. We found a leak in November of this year 2020. Bruce came out & looked at the roof, found where the leak was it was the boards under the shingles. He sent his crew out to repair at his cost even thought the shingles were fine & the workmanship was out of warranty by almost 3 years. When his crew got out here & found the original problem for the leak was not his fault, they still repaired at no cost to me. I would use Quality Top Roofing again & recommend to anyone. Class act Bruce.
